At Elite Mobile Testing Solutions, we value your time and strive to provide a convenient, seamless experience. To ensure the best service, we ask that all appointments be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.

Booking Confirmation:

Once you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled time and location. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

No-Show Policy:

We make every effort to be prompt and prepared for your appointment, and we ask the same of our clients. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice, it can disrupt our schedule and impact other clients.

To discourage missed appointments, a no-show fee may be applied to your account if you do not arrive at the agreed-upon location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the time and resources allocated for your appointment.

If you miss an appointment, we will reach out to reschedule at a more convenient time. However, repeated no-shows may result in limited booking opportunities in the future.

Running Late? Let Us Know:

We understand that traffic can be horrific at times, and delays are sometimes unavoidable. If you find yourself running late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and minimize any impact on other clients.

Please note that late arrivals may cause subsequent appointments to be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth schedule for everyone.

Convenience and Flexibility:

We aim to provide the most flexible service possible by offering appointments at various safe public locations that work best for you. Whether it’s a doctor’s office, clinic, or another agreed-upon public space, we want to make the process as convenient as possible.

Our mobile team is committed to punctuality and professionalism. If, for any reason, we are running behind schedule, we will promptly notify you and provide an updated arrival time.
